Object: processes of anticipatory management of industrial enterprises development under modern conditions of management. Purpose: development of theoretical provisions, development of scientific-methodological approaches and practical recommendations of anticipatory management of the development of industrial enterprises under modern conditions of management. Research methods: dialectical cognition, deduction and induction, morphological analysis, abstract-logical approach, statistical analysis, functional synthesis, situational, systemic, synergistic and hierarchical approach, economic and mathematical modeling. For the first time: a scientific and methodological approach to crisis management of industrial enterprises has been developed, taking into account the possibility of responding at different points in time based on models of assessing the losses from the crisis, the cost of its taming, the ranking of crises by danger; improved: control model in anticipatory management of industrial enterprises based on the use of linear programming tools; scientific and methodological approach to forecasting compensation for the consequences of signal implementation in anticipatory management at industrial enterprise based on the statistical method of calculating the magnitude of losses from the occurrence of events; methodical approach of optimization of decisions in the anticipatory management of the development of industrial enterprises, which consists in the choice of the most acceptable options for responding to the signal about the change of the state of the enterprise environment; model of organizational support of conducting checks in anticipatory management at industrial enterprises, as components of which objects are selected, subjects of inspections, taking into account the establishment of the area of responsibility and powers between them; methodical approach to the analysis of the potential of industrial enterprises development in anticipatory management, which includes the analysis of the main components of the potential (production, personnel, investments) and environmental signals by manifestation areas.
