Zaiachkivska B. Ecological-Economic Modelling of Rational Agricultural Land Use in the Prycarpattya's Conditions

The thesis analyzes the current state of land use in the Ivano-Frankivsk region and methodological approaches to modelling the rational use of landresource potential. It is proposed to introduce a system of design solutions to rationalize the use of land and resource potential, which is based on a combination of fiscal incentives and land management documentation. Ecological and economic modelling of rational land use through the balancing of land and human potential has been developed. The approaches to the organization of state regulation of land relations have been improved which, unlike existing ones, will enable territorial communities to implement planning for their subordinate territory through an instrument of fiscal regulation of compliance with land management documentation requirements and to economic stimulation of effective land use through state financing of new production that provides for higher added value.
