The paper examines the legal status of foreign economic activity entities in Ukraine. The concept is formulated and the main features of subjects of foreign economic activity are defined. The author proposes approaches to the classification of these subjects. The stages of formation and development of legal regulation of the status of subjects of foreign economic activity are analyzed. The stages of legitimation of subjects of foreign economic activity in Ukraine are investigated. The concept and principles of regulation of legal status of the subject of foreign economic activity are disclosed. The rights and obligations of subjects of foreign economic activity are analyzed. The protection of rights and legitimate interests of foreign economic activity entities is described.
