Gogolina G. Legal regulation of forced Internet-auctions

In thesis presents the results of a deep scientific study of legal regulation of forced property Internet auctions. The work takes into account the latest changes in the law relating to the settlement of legal relationships during the sale of property at the auction, in particular the forced auction with the use of the Internet. In the thesis argues that the auction rules have deep roots and history of the formation of their main elements: the market method of price formation, single market rules, the civil nature of forced auction transactions, the provision of complete and reliable information to potential buyers about the quality of the lot, the use of the principle of integrity and reasonableness, the restitution.
