Hantsiuk T. Mechanisms of information and analytical provision of the Ukrainian local public administration activities

Institute of local bodies of state executive power as a component of the system of public authorities of Ukraine. Substantiation of theoretical bases of functioning of mechanisms of information-analytical support of activity of local state administrations, generalization and development of practical proposals for improvement of processes of their formation and functioning in the system of state administration of Ukraine. Methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, systemic and functional approaches. The model of the mechanism of information-analytical support of activity of local state administrations is proposed, which consists of five basic structural-functional blocks (information-search, analysis and forecasting, preparation of the analytical document, monitoring and analysis of the adopted state-administrative decision and block of access to internal and external databases) that streamline information and analytical procedures in accordance with the algorithm of activity of structural divisions and services of public administration bodies. The results have been put into practice in public administration.
