Public administration system of higher education in Ukraine. Scientific substantiation of peculiarities and directions of improvement of public administration of quality assurance of higher education of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, content analysis, statistical. A theoretically substantiated structural scheme of internal quality assurance of higher education is proposed, which combines competency, system and process approaches, which makes it possible to improve the system of internal quality assurance of higher education, taking into account the factors of public administration influence and conditions for Ukraine's accession to the European educational space. The results have been put into practice in public administration.
