Public administration of the educational environment. Theoretical substantiation of the essence, content and processes of functioning of the organizational mechanism of state management of educational information and communication environment and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to public authorities on improving the specified mechanism at the present stage of Ukrainian state formation. Methods: system, analysis and synthesis, comparative law, generalization. A conceptual approach to the formation of the structural model of the educational information and communication environment as an organizational mechanism of state management of the educational sector are developed and substantiated, management of the education industry and has the ability to integrate additional modules using modern information technology. The results have been put into practice in public administration.
