Semiakin H. Assessment methodology and principles of preservation the architectural heritage of the 1920s – 1930s by the example of medical buildings

Object: architectural heritage of Constructivism, as a unique phenomenon of the interwar period architecture; goal: to develop a complex approach to heritage studies, identification and defining the principles of further storage and using architectural objects of Constructivism on the example of medical institutions; methods: the research methodology is based on the – study of various literary and archival sources, related to different aspects of the overall theme; novelty: new archival sources of medical institutions were put into scientific circulation; 25 medical institutions were identified; approaches to the preservation of objects of early modernism are systematized; the method of revealing the criteria of evaluation of objects of architecture of early modernism is offered; the method of determining the object of protection of the monument of architecture of early modernism has been improved; results: development of experimental base of applied research and recommendations for preservation of medical institutions of Ukraine in 1920s-1930s; the implementation of the basic provisions of scientific work in the educational process; the degree of implementation: restoration of architectural monuments; branch: architecture.
