Essay

The object of the study is the public relations that arise in connection with the constitutional modernization of the system of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the constitutional and legal basis for the modernization of the system of courts of general jurisdiction. Within the framework of the conducted research, a number of theoretical provisions and conclusions were formulated, in particular: for the first time: - the ontological dominance of the establishment and development of the judiciary in the territory of modern Ukraine was defined, which is the functional and self-governing independence of the judicial branch of power, as well as the functional division of the categories of cases between different judicial systems. general jurisdiction; - doctrinal approaches to the definition of monocentric and differentiated models of judiciary have been improved; have been further developed: - the provision on the need to reform the law enforcement system, including the prosecutor's office, as a body to support state prosecution and judicial representation, in parallel with the constitutional modernization of the system of courts of general jurisdiction; - Practical proposals for the introduction of the concept of "electronic court" in Ukraine as an innovative form of litigation in courts of general jurisdiction.
