Object – habitual miscarriage; goal – reducing the frequency of early reproductive losses by predicting the development of implantation pathology and improving the diagnosis of miscarriage by developing an algorithm for pregravid diagnosis; methods – clinical and anamnestic, instrumental, cytogenetic, mathematical and statistical; results – in this study, the relationship between the polymorphism of the PgR and VEgF genes was assessed according to the state of the spiral and uterine arteries in patients with habitual miscarriage compared to patients with realized reproductive function; on the basis of new scientific positions, it has been proved that prognostic markers of abortion in women with habitual miscarriage in history are pain in the lower abdomen and lower back, general weakness, headache and dizziness, spotting from the genital tract, nausea, vomiting, and a decrease in basal temperature; it was found that women with habitual miscarriage are 2.1 times more likely to have polymorphism of endothelial vascular growth factor (VEgF), the frequency of polymorphism of the progesterone receptor gene was not significantly different in women with habitual miscarriage and practically healthy women; it was found that the presence of progesterone receptor gene polymorphism, vasculoendothelial vascular growth factor (or both of these genes), deviations of the pulsation index, resistance index and systolic-diastolic ratio in the uterine and spiral arteries (ultrasound) are prognostic markers of the development of implantation and placentation pathologies; in accordance with the obtained results, the scheme of pregravid diagnosis and prediction of implantation pathology was improved; branch – medicine.
