Object: technology park: innovative approach to the functional and planning solution; the purpose: to identify new trends and innovative approach in the formation of architectural and planning solutions of scientific and technical parks, development of architectural and typological model of the technology park organization on the basis of the knowledge intensive technologies; the method: the research methodology is based on a systematic approach which involves consideration of innovative, formative, architectural and planning issues in relation to economic, social, urban and financial aspects of the problem of space organization of technology park structures and includes systematization of theoretical research and design developments, the analysis of statistical data, studies of literature references on the basics of forming the scientific and industrial objects, as well as graphical modeling and development of space planning solution; novelty: of the results of the study: - for the first time the main characteristics and general views of technology parks all over the world with their location on the maps of the states have been systematized; - the techniques of architectural and planning solution of the technology park objects have been developed; - the basic functional and spatial techniques of the location of the technology parks in the settlement system of the eastern agglomeration have been determined; - the concept of forming a model of technology park structures with the focus on solving regional problems have been developed; - ergonomic and design aspects of the environmental impact on the formation of technology parks have been further developed; - recommendations for adaptation of architectural and planning solutions of technology parks in the context of urban integration and creation of high-quality architectural environment have been substantiated and supplemented; results: a conceptual model of a technopark is developed, in which complex formation of polyfunctional space and transformation of different technopark blocks according to the functional purpose taking into account the necessary functions of this type of building takes place; degree of implementation: architectural design; sphere: architecture
