Essay

The dissertation is devoted to o rationalization of parameters organizational and technological solutions for the construction of load-bearing structures of low-rise civil buildings with the use of non-removable formwork made of small concrete blocks and panels in Lebanon has been created. The experimental research technique has been developed and the experiments have been conducted to determine the strength of blocks and panels of non-removable formwork and their adhesion to concrete filling that affects the effectiveness of concreting processes and the operational reliability of the erected structures. It is proposed to use the vibrovacuumizing method in the manufacture of blocks and panels of non-removable formwork, and the conducted experimental studies confirmed averagely twice the increase in the strength of these structures. It is found that division index of load-bearing walls into concrete blocks, the ratio of volumes of non-removable formwork blocks and poured concrete, as well as the degree of provision the process with the work quality monitoring means are the factors of the maximum impact on the work duration. A multi-factor regression model of the dependence of the work duration on the studied factors has been obtained as a result of applying different approaches to the choice of factors, using the correlation-regression analysis methods.
