The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and practical problem, which consists in substantiation of theoretical foundations and improvement of the process of formation of mechanisms of open interaction of small business with public administration bodies in Ukraine. In the course of the research theoretical, practical and organizational issues of formation of mechanisms of state regulation of activity of small business sector are considered, scientific and methodical approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of such mechanisms are systematized. As a result of the research, the directions of improvement of tools as constituent mechanisms of public administration and regulation of small business were developed, the set of strategic measures of organizational and economic support of functioning of mechanisms of open interaction of small business with public administration bodies in Ukraine was recommended, which allows to implement the proposed recommendations at the level of specific recommendations methodical developments. The conceptual bases for formation and realization of strategic directions of systematic modernization of the system itself and financial-mechanisms of state regulation of development of the small business sector are grounded, which consist in the necessity to develop and implement the provision on the development of mechanisms for counteracting bureaucracy in the activity of management personnel with small sector of economy and real state support businesses that allow for the interaction of government and market regulation, contribute to improving the efficiency of small and, on this basis, expand the scope of research into public administration processes.
