Homa O. Mechanisms of state regulation of development of the education system of Ukraine in decentralization conditions

The concept of state regulation by transformational processes of education system development is specified in the work. The further concept of state regulation of transformational processes of the development of the education system, as the design of the acmeological educational space, has become due to: interaction, consolidation, and humanization of the institutes of democratic development of society (the stability of political institutions, the functioning of civil society, socialization of the public), socio-economic relations ("humanization" of the atmosphere the educational process, the establishment of an educational institution, the atmosphere of mutual trust, creative dialogue, stimulating with amorealisation of a teacher and a student), education of a person of an innovative type of thinking.
