Oberemok S. Method of improving the efficiency of information flow management in an air traffic management system

The dissertation is directed on the solution of the actual scientific problem connected with researches of switching possibilities of information and telecommunication networks for providing rational choice of its structure and hardware component in order to increase the efficiency of the decision of tasks of collecting, processing of information transmission in the automated air traffic control system. The model of packet switching in the nodes of the information telecommunication network is improved, which, unlike the known ones, takes into account the influence of the traffic ripple on the probabilistic and temporal characteristics of packet delivery and allows to estimate the loading of the switching node of the network of the automated air traffic control system in the event of peak loads. The method of control of data flows of the network of the automated air traffic control system, which, unlike the existing ones, takes into account the pulsation of traffic, which allows to minimize information and time losses in the information telecommunication network due to the adaptive redistribution of data packets during their buffering on the ports of the switching node of the network.
