Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific and normative methods of creation of systems of energy saving automatic control of pumping installations of oil pumping stations of main oil pipelines on the basis of mathematical modeling, structural synthesis and optimization of parameters of regulators of pumping installations. Refined mathematical models of pumping installations for control problems is developed. Structural synthesis of systems of energy-saving automatic control, which significantly improve the technical and economic indicators of oil pumping stations, which allows to reduce the cost of transportation of oil by main oil pipelines and to bring the level of energy saving in the transportation of oil to international indicators. A cycle of experimental studies of the operating modes of pumping installations was carried out and the energy characteristics of the pump with frequency and throttle control were obtained, which allowed to identity the developed mathematical models and to determine possible reserves of energy saving. A draft technical specification “Energy saving systems of automated control of pumping installations of oil pumping stations of main oil pipelines” was developed, in which all the main proposed scientific and technical solutions were reflected.
