Murashova A. Impact of Globalization on the Structure of Social and Economic Human Needs

Object of the study: the process of transformation of structure and content of human needs under the influence of globalization. Objective: to reveal the content of the rating as an institution of the modern mechanism of economic transformation, to identify the stages of institutionalization of rating and to determine the directions of its improvement. Methods: theoretical generalization, comparison, historical method, methods of system analysis, statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: the content of transformed forms of needs, which, unlike natural (free), due to certain social mechanisms, lead to the destruction or deformation of processes of biological, social and spiritual reproduction of a person are revealed; the methodology of research of changes of human needs in the conditions of globalization has been improved; new tendencies sn the development of human needs have been described (quantitative dynamics of growth of needs, complication of their quality, improvement of forms and methods of their satisfaction; humanization and socialization of needs structure; growing gaps in the volume and structure of needs between different consumer groups; institutionalization of personal consumption and its transformation into a factor of economic growth); the classification of human needs has been improved.The basic tendencies of influence of globalization on structural changes of human needs are substantiated; the contradictions of the transformation of the structure of needs in the global space are revealed. Practical significance: the main provisions and conclusions of the dissertation deepen understanding of the impact of globalization on changes in socioeconomic needs of man and is of scientific and practical importance for improving the measures of state socioeconomic policy at the national and regional levels of government to optimize the structure of needs, bridge the gap in consumption of different layers population, overcoming negative phenomena in the sphere of consumption. Scope of application: in teaching-methodical work for teaching the subjects "Economic Theory", "Social Economy", "Population Income Policy"; in the analytical work of different business structures and authorities at different levels to ensure optimization of the structure of socioeconomic needs, social development, quality of consumption of goods and services of the population.
