Thesis for the Degree of Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration, specialty 25.00.02 – Mechanisms of Public Administration. – Classic Private University, Zaporizhzhia, 2019. The dissertation analyzes the historical experience of reforming the health care system in the Republic of Poland in the context of political and administrative transformations and the provisions on medical and social guarantees in the terms of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, as well as their influence on public policy development. The modern political and managerial principles of reforming the health care system in Ukraine are investigated. The analysis of the reform of the health care system in the Republic of Poland for 1998 and till this time has been carried out. In particular, the basic principles of the health care system reform, its goals and sources of financing, the principles of contractual relations during the healthcare reform have been determined. The organizational and legal foundations of combating corruption in the health care system of the Republic of Poland have been investigated. The dissertation elaborates the mechanisms of application of the Polish experience of healthcare reform in the context of associate membership of Ukraine in the EU by carrying out a comparative analysis of political and administrative support of health care reforms and emergency medical care in both countries. The mechanisms of participation of the pharmaceutical sector in the implementation of health care reform in Poland are explored in order to use the experience for Ukraine.
