Object – intraoperative imaging of fluorescence during surgical interventions on the organs of the hepatoduodenal area; goal – to improve the results of using laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of surgical pathology of the gallbladder by developing a comprehensive program for the prevention of intraoperative complications; methods – retrospective and prospective analysis of medical records, general clinical, laboratory, radiological, ultrasound, endoscopic, fluorescence, mathematical and statistical; results – the efficiency of visualization of intraoperative fluorescence for verification of extrahepatic bile ducts and blood vessels in the hepatoduodenal area in experiments and studied animals was studied; Based on a retrospective analysis, the main risk factors for damage to extrahepatic bile ducts and vessels of the hepatobiliary zone during laparoscopic cholecystectomy are determined; studied the effectiveness of intraoperative imaging of fluorescence for verification of intraoperative complications and simulated pathology in an animal experiment; for the first time, the effectiveness of visualization of intraoperative fluorescence in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the verification of extrahepatic bile ducts and blood vessels in cases of atypical anatomical variants and pathological changes in the hepatoduodenal region was investigated and a new device was created; a set of measures has been developed for the prevention of complications when performing surgical interventions on the organs of the hepatoduodenal area; branch – medicine.
