Iuriev I. Methods, models and information technology of control of IT-services provision system

The object of the research is the processes of the IT-services provision system control. The methods of the research are based on the usage of the system analysis of the research results of the modern theoretical and applied research of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of models, methods and information technologies of IT-services control. The aim of the dissertation is to develop methods, models and information technology for managing the IT service delivery system, which provides end users with a set of IT services in the context of changing their functional requirements. The research proposes the categorically-functor communication model of IT-services with requests for changing the functional requirements. The model of the process of IT-service provision system control has been further developed. The method of selecting IT-service based on requests for changing functional requirements was further developed. The method of the infrastructure estimating of an enterprise has been improved. The obtained theoretical results are the basis for the development of information technology for managing the IT service delivery system. The proposed models, methods and information technology aim to further develop the ITSM methodology, enhancing its effectiveness in finding and matching requests for change in functional requirements and existing IT services
