Essay

The dissertation is devoted criminological characterization and identify prevent illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives. The quantitative and qualitative indicators of this type of crime have been analyzed, the main factors of latency have been established, a generalized criminological portrait of a person committing illegal treatment of weapons, ammunition or explosives. The main determinants of the determination of this crime have been identified, on the basis of which a set of general social, special criminological and individual measures of prevention is proposed. Suggestions for improvement of the current criminal legislation are formulated.
