Lutsenko V. Police making in the sphere of religion in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine

The object of the dissertation research is the state policy in the sphere of religion, and the subject of the research is the formation and implementation of this policy in the conditions for European integration of Ukraine. The novelty of the dissertation is related to the definition of the complex mechanism of formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of religion in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine. This complex mechanism includes political, legal, organizational and economic components, each of which, with a certain purpose, content, methods and limits of functioning, ensures the formation and implementation of management decisions in the sphere of religion in order to guarantee everyone the right to freedom of thought and religion, the protection of rights and the legitimate interests of citizens, regardless of their attitude to religion, the formation of a high level of religious tolerance and the culture of coexistence, the promotion of the entry of the Ukrainian religious community in the spiritual space of united Europe.
