Taran T. Prevention of fraud committed by women in Ukraine

The thesis outlines theoretical provisions and scientifically substantiated recommendations for prevention of fraud, committed by women in Ukraine. The degree of scientific development of the mentioned problems has been investigated, the works of scientists, which became theoretical basis of the research have been analyzed. The status, structure and dynamics of fraud, committed by women in Ukraine, the forensic characteristics of the swindler, who commits such crimes, and the main causes and conditions affecting their commitment, have been determined. General social, special forensic and individual measures for prevention of fraud, committed by women in Ukraine have been highlighted. Proposals for improving prevention of fraud, committed by women in Ukraine have been developed.
