Dmytruk M. Organizational and Economic Bases of Grapes Production Development at Enterprises of the South of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of organizational and economic principles of grapes production development in the enterprises of the south of Ukraine. The concept of the agri-food market is systematized, the peculiarities of development of the enterprises of the grape-growing industry are clearly defined. The methodical approach to the productivity evaluation through the added value creation by one worker in viticulture is determined. The evaluation of the grape production functioning is carried out. There are existing unsupported demand and opportunities for expansion of areas under vineyards, which will provide economic and social benefits. The ways of improvement of economic relations between enterprises which deals with the production and processing of grapes through cooperation deepening have been suggested. The need of funds for the grape production development is determined and the directions of effective grape production are proposed.
