Object: the process of teaching elementary school children of computer science; the goal: to develop and experimentally test electronic learning resources for the education of elementary school children of computer science; Methods: theoretical analysis, comparison, generalization, classification and systematization of scientific literature; questionnaire, testing, conversations, generalizations of pedagogical experience, pedagogical observation, questioning, pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: for the first time theoretically substantiated substantive-structural model of development and implementation of electronic learning resources in the process of teaching computer science in elementary school, which is consistent with the ultimate goals of the concept of "New Ukrainian School" and the State standard of elementary education, criteria of selection of electronic learning resources for teaching computer science in primary school, the essence and content of concepts of electronic learning resources, digital competence of elementary school students, ways of using electronic learning resources in primary school educational process are substantiated; results: created and implemented in the educational process portal electronic learning resources for teaching computer science to elementary school students, prepared a database of interactive exercises, developed project templates in a research electronic environment, in particular to study the basics of robotics, advanced training and methodological complex in the subject "Informatics", guidelines have been created on the use of electronic learning resources for the organization of formative assessment, methodological materials for the development and implementation of electronic learning resources in the educational process in the teaching of computer science; the branch is information and communication technologies in education
