Biedova O. Organizational support of the legal approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis

In this dissertation, a theoretical generalization and a new way of solving an actual scientific objective is presented, namely, determining and scientific substantiation of the state and development of the organizational support of legal approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis. New approaches to the issue of the organizational support of legal approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis have been explored and generalized. For this purpose, two criteria were used: the periodization of the development of scientific papers and the state of research on the dissertation tasks. Public administration theory approaches were improved in specifying such notions as “adaptation” by clearly distinguishing it from other related terms and including to its content the implementation of adapted legal acts; and “organizational support of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis” by defining and disclosing the content of its components – institutions and procedures.
