Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical and methodological fundamentals and practical recommendations aimed at improving the toolkits for assessing and developing leadership competencies of IT-enterprises personnel. The study refines the categorical system of developing personnel leadership competencies and provides definitions of the term ‘leadership competencies’ and that of the concept of ‘leadership anti-competencies’. The research offers an algorithm for modeling the leadership competencies of IT-enterprises personnel.
