Yakymenko S. Public-management innovations as a faktor for the modernization of Ukrainian society

Public administration provides management of the process of modernization of our country, and accordingly the reforms necessary for this in the system of state power are essentially its component (political and administrative modernization). Innovation in public administration determines the innovation of society as an integrative quality of modernization processes. Integration reforms are carried out through the combination of all transformational projects within a single model and the general principle of social efficiency. This is possible only on the basis of the approach where innovations in public administration and public administration of innovative development of society and its individual spheres will be considered as a single process, the only structural and functional component of the system of state power in Ukraine. At the same time, the benchmark is not the administration of reforms, but public-public partnership in the process of implementing systemic innovations.
