Essay

This dissertation is a complex scientific monographic research of problems of criminal legal characteristic of the threat or violence against a journalist. Theoretical-methodological and legal basis of its research have been analyzed. Historical and comparative legal analysis of legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries in the context of journalist’s professional activity protection has been carried out. The objective and subjective features of the crime stipulated in Art. 345-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, distinctions of its separation from contiguous crimes has been disclosed.
