Zhhilova N. Clinical and paraclinical characteristics of patients with chronic cerebral ischemia in chronic heart failure.

The primary focus presented in this dissertation is on the research for the solution of the scientific and practical task of the nervous system disorders, specifically, the improvement and efficiency of the diagnostics of the state of the autonomic nervous system in chronic cerebral ischemia and chronic heart failure, that based on the results of the complex clinical and paraclinical researches, determination of the features of clinical manifestations and correlation with risk factors and frequency of vascular comorbidity in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia in chronic heart failure, which determines the direction for increasing the accuracy of the diagnosis.
