Bilohor L. Financial and economic safety of effective functioning of building enterprise

company in the work is related to the justification of clearly formulated strategic guidelines, which give the management of the company proper reasons for minimizing the risks of loss (deterioration) of the reliability of the enterprise; concerning the state of financial and economic security of the construction company and the essence of the impact on this state of the business processes of the operational activities of the enterprise as the executor of the projects. Among the special functions of the management of a construction company in the work of the identified function of diagnosis and administration of financial and economic security for analytical support for the implementation of this function, it is necessary to develop a separate toolkit that actualizes this toolkit as a synthesizing administrative and managerial core of the mechanism of the process and allocation and administrative-management system of providing financially – economic security of the construction company in the system of interaction with other members of the «investment- construction» process. The methodological research platform is formed as a synthesis of methodical-analytical methods of distinguishing the financial component of economic security and the modern integration-alarm paradigm of the restructuring of the management of the economic security of enterprises, with the selection in the synthesized approach of the existing productive components that can be used for the tasks of the FEB of construction enterprises, taking into account their specifics. The result of the formation of the methodical platform is the isolation of the main dominant operating system of the construction company in relation to FEB in the form of a special economic-management contour of financial and economic security → restructuring of business processes and organizational structures → competitiveness (FES-ReBP-OS-С). The analytical basis of the proposed approach to the FEB of the enterprise is the targeted direction of analytical indicators on the timely (preventive) detection of structural and dynamic shifts within the enterprise through specialized qualimetric procedures regarding: the definition of a general (integrated) measure of administrative efficiency by a single criterion; ensuring the objectivity of economic and statistical analysis; Establishing the relationship between performance regressors and financial reliability, what is the assessment and measurement of the importance of influencing the change in performance parameters on the overall performance of the operating system.
