The thesis is devoted to the research of constitutional human right person did not give testimony or explanation about themselves, family members or close relatives. In particular, the theoretical and legal foundations, methodology of research, the essence and significance of the constitutional human right to human right person did not give testimony or explanation about themselves, family members or close relatives. Consistently disclosed the doctrinal and legal sources, methodology, research, nature and content of the constitutional human right to human right person did not give testimony or explanation about themselves, family members or close relatives. Special attention is paid to companies and features provision of this law in Ukraine, some foreign countries. The thesis formulated provisions and conclusions, are the proposals on the prospects of improving the provision of constitutional law the person did not give testimony or explanation about themselves, family members or close relatives, in particular, concerning the amendments and additions to the legislation of Ukraine.
