Essay

Object - myopia; goal - improvement of the immediate results of treatment for chronic stomach ulcers, which regenerates poorly, through the development and implementation in the healing process of cellular technologies in conjunction with minimally invasive surgery; methods – general clinical, ophthalmic, molecular genetic, statistics; results – the obtained data of visometry, refractometry, echobiometry, OCT (cornea, central retinal area, RTNL and ON indicators) supplemented information on the features of morphofunctional indicators of the organ of vision in children with myopia of various degrees, including with the SDCT. In children with myopia, a decrease in the functional capacity of the visual organ and significant changes in the morphometry of the eyeball relative to children of the control group (emetropes) were determined. The results of molecular genetic research indicate the feasibility of genotyping of the rs1800469 polymorphism of the TGF-β1 gene for the purpose of early diagnosis of high-grade myopia risk and the relevance of further studies on the possibility of using TGF-β1 regulation and signaling pathways to develop methods for treating prospects; branch – medicine.
