Yaremkevych R. The clinical-psychological characteristic disadaptation in dermatological patients with chronic itching syndrome and its psychocorrection

At medical center “Asklepiy” (Uzhgorod) during 2015-2019 years using a complex of psychodiagnostic methods observed 134 patients with dermatological disorders and chronic itching with different severity – mild, moderate and high level. In the study identified the leading psychological problems in patients with dermatological pathology, accompanied by chronic itching. In research studied peculiarities of the psycho-emotional state, personal traits (forms of aggression, alexithymia, psychological defense mechanisms), coping, quality of life in dermatological patients with chronic itching syndrome. Based on the systematic analysis a complex of psychological measures in form of correction and support for patients with dermatological pathology and chronic itching syndrome is scientifically substantiated, developed and implemented in clinical practice, evaluated its effectiveness.
