Essay

Object of study: the process of anti-crisis management of enterprises. Purpose: scientific substantiation of the mechanism of personnel motivation within the framework of crisis management of enterprises. Methods: critical analysis, formal logic, generalization and classification, interviewing, questioning, self-assessment, SWOT analysis, expert evaluation, econometric modeling and correlation-regression analysis, partial goals, structural and functional. Novelty: for the first time organizational and economic mechanism of personnel motivation within the framework of crisis management was substantiated; improved strategies of personnel motivation in crisis conditions, implementation of which will help to solve a wide range of anti-crisis management problems in the field of personnel management, models of dependence of labor productivity on factors of motivation, definition of the concept of crisis management, definition of the concept of personnel motivation in the framework of crisis management, algorithms of personnel motivation, in particular a cascade motivation algorithm has been developed. Scope of application: in research work in the study of anti-crisis management problems and motivation of the personnel of enterprises, in the activities of public organizations in the development of scientific and methodological support of anti-crisis management measures, in the management of enterprises in improving the personnel management system, in the educational process in the preparation of training and working programs, methodological guidelines for independent study, teaching of economic subjects "Microeconomics", "Labor economics and social-labor relations".
