Essay

Dissertational research is aimed at further development of the theory of structural-parametric geometric modeling, combinatorial-variational and dynamic shaping by means of developing new approaches to processing of complex industrial products by the example of airplane life cycle. Scientific work was carried out at the National Technical University of Ukraine " Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" at the department of descriptive geometry, engineering and computer graphics in accordance with the state budget research theme 0110U002332 "Theory of structural-parametric geometric modeling as a means of complex optimization of processes of automated design and production" and the research topic 0114U002701"Automated variant geometric modeling of technical objects", thematic scientific work schedules of ANTONOV Company for 2012-2019 on projects “Creation of turbojet transport short-haul aircraft AN-178”, “Creation of a cargo-passenger regional turboprop aircraft AN-132”, “Development of the methodology for monitoring the geometric parameters of an airplane during its life cycle”, “Development of the process of determining the geometrical parameters and shaping of master-geometry in the aspect of implementation of the concept of supporting the full life cycle of the product in process of creating the aircraft in modern PLM-technologies”, “Design and implementation of application software for automation of processes of shaping and maintenance of master-geometry". The processes of airplane life cycle and their impact on change of surfaces parameters are the object of research. The geometric parameters of shaping the aircraft basic surfaces during its life cycle are the subject of research. The methods of analytical, differential and computational geometry, the theory of approximation and interpolation, sets and graphs, optimization, design of technical objects, engineering graphics, software tools of computer information technologies are used in solving assigned scientific tasks.
