Symbirska Y. Implement and admissibility of evidence in the civil process of Ukraine

Thesis is a complete, independent, complex research of implement and admissibility of evidence in the civil process as a creteria of evaluation of the evidence, the order of solution of the issue on the implement and admissibility of evidence by court. In the thesis the attention is paid on the state of scientific research problematics on the implement and admissibility of evidence. The genesis of legal regulation of implement and admissibility of evidence is investigated, the main periods and their peculiarities are distinguished. According to the research results of foreign experience of legal regulation of the evaluation of evidence criteria such as implement and admissibility. A comprehensive scientific and legal analysis of the criterion of evidence in a civil process is provided. The content of the notion of proper evidence as the evidence, the are capable of confirming or refuting circumstances. Based on the analysis of scientific doctrine and current Ukrainian legislation the amendments to improve some legal norms are proposed.
