Barchuk A. Extraordinary laws in the legal system: theoretical and legal aspects

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the theoretical and legal aspects of the nature, functional purpose and nature of extraordinary laws, to find out their place in the system of legislation. The stages of formation of scientific ideas about extraordinary laws are revealed, the methodological basis of their research is clarified, the definition of extraordinary laws and their features are substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the identification of systemic, structural and functional aspects of emergency laws, the study of quality, procedural principles and factors of effectiveness of emergency laws. Proposals regarding amendments to the legislation of Ukraine on fixing the procedure for adopting emergency laws and their status are substantiated.
