Palamarchuk V. Legal Regime of the State Territory (theoretical and legal research)

The work describes the characteristics of the legal regime of the state territory, it᾿s concept, criteria of classification and types, the legal regime of territorial boundaries, the legal regime of change of the state territory, as well as the features of the legal regime of certain components of the state territory. The international and European standards of the legal regime of the state territories have been established and investigated, their analysis and their actual problems are outlined. The guarantees of ensuring the realization of the legal regime of the territory of Ukraine are determined. The proposed classification and methods of eliminating gaps in the legal regulation of the use and use of the latter. The ways of improvement of the legal regime of the territory of Ukraine are determined. The ways of eliminating gaps in the law and making changes to domestic legislation are proposed, in order to prevent the loss of state territory and the change of the existing legal regime on it as a result of unlawful actions.
