Essay

The thesis represents the theoretical generalization and shows the new solution of an actual scientific problem of medical psychology and psychosomatic medicine on identification of the specificity of manifestations and factors of formation of disorders of the affective and conative sphere in patients with chronic dorsal pain syndrome (CDPS). On the basis of the surveillance of 78 patients with CDPS, two clinical and psychological variants of disturbance of the affective and conative sphere were distinguished in these patients: affective-maladaptive (55.1%) and conative-destructive (44.9%), which differ in the content filling of the deviations of the psycho-emotional and personal sphere, behavioural and psychosocial features of functioning, defined as the leading targets of their psychological correction. Based on the obtained data the program of targeted-oriented measures of psychological correction and support of patients with CDPS was developed, scientifically substantiated and implemented, which provides personification of medical and psychological interventions by differentiating measures according to the targets specific to each variant of affective and conative disorder. The effectiveness of the program regarding to normalization of psychological and emotional state and positive dynamics of the personal, behavioural and psychosocial characteristics of patients was evaluated, which proved its effectiveness.
