In the course of the research the conceptual positions of introduction and development of cross-functional interaction of the personnel were improved. The conceptual and criterion approach, methods of estimation of efficiency of cross-functional interaction are investigated. The methodological approach to the evaluation of the internal creative potential of industrial enterprises has been improved. The essence of the respective categories is investigated, the methods of evaluation are analyzed. As a result, the author's set of indicators is substantiated. This allows you to independently assess the level of internal creative potential, explore it in dynamics, justify ways to increase it and full realization. Management of cross-functional personnel interaction based on a system-reflexive approach to his creativity is improved. The essence of this category is investigated. As a result, the creativity of the cross-functional team of an industrial enterprise is structured, the ways of carrying out the reflective management of the subjects of interaction are defined, the possibility of stimulating productive creativity and eliminating the manifestations of unproductive, increasing the efficiency of team management, building the strategy of development of the cross-functional interaction. Scenarios for the development of the interaction of subjects in the chain “enterprise management – head of cross-functional team – cross-functional team” are improved. The variants of cross-functional interaction of personnel in the conditions of conflict and stimulation of its activity are substantiated; determination of the directions of correction of the personnel relations in order to increase the effectiveness of his interaction.
