Essay

The dissertation is the first monographic scientific work in the national general theoretical jurisprudence, which carried out the study of the regional legal order in Ukraine and elaborated conceptual provisions characterizing the theory and practice of its enforcement and prospects for further scientific research of the regional problems in the legal sphere. The legal order, which is an “integral” indicator of the state of legal life of a country and its individual regions, can be considered as an “ideal” (though very complicated) subject of regional legal research.
