In dissertation first the general theoretic aspects of legal mentality of the Ukrainian people are complex investigational in home jurisprudence. The substantial lines of Ukrainian legal mentality are certain. Purchased further development of idea about forming of legal mentality of Ukrainians under act of western and east legal traditions and idea about the legal inheritance of Ukraine as religiously saturated by Orthodoxy and related to the mental and ethical factors that came forward as a bar of the Ukrainian ethnos.
