Dybinko D. Democratization – as regularity of modernization Ukrainian justice in condition of social changes

The object of study is the social relations that arise in the context of social changes in the judiciary of Ukraine. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical problems of democratization as regularities of modernization of Ukrainian judicial system in the conditions of social changes. The specific contribution of the dissertation student to the scientific elaboration of the outlined provisions is to substantiate proposals and recommendations containing elements of scientific novelty and having theoretical and practical significance, in particular: for the first time: - it is proved that the causes of judicial reform are globalization, information revolution, overcoming ; improved: - the concept of e-justice as an element of e-government, which acts as a way of organizing state power through information sources, in real time; further development of: - classification of the means of democratization of the judiciary in Ukraine - substantiation of the need to improve the organizational and procedural procedures in the national judicial system; - Argumentation of the direct dependence of effective judiciary on the professional level of the judicial corps in the administration of justice.
