Nastavnyi B. Concepts and varieties of mistakes in the use of legislative technique: theoretical and legal research

In the scientific work chronological analysis of the genesis of ideological and scientific ideas about mistakes in legislative technique is carried out. This allowed generalizing and characterizing the current state of their knowledge. It is proved that by the end XVIII century the problem of mistakes in the use of legislative technique wasn’t identified as an independent object of scientific knowledge. At the same time, some aspects of this problem are disclosed within the framework of the study of such adjacent legal phenomena and categories as legislative technique, legislative activity, legal behavior, etc. From the beginning of the XIX century the problem of legislative technology received not only the strengthening of its ideological reflection, but it is also distinguished as an independent object of scientific research. The current state of study of mistakes in the use of legislative technique is summarized in two levels: the worldview and the scientific level.
