Shilinh A. Linguistic methods and means of planning the provision of educational services using the Web-Communities

The dissertation solved the problem of computer-linguistic methods and tools for modeling, analysis and formation of high-quality information content of educational web communities for the purpose of forecasting and forming a qualitative contingent of students of HEI and for making effective management decisions. For the first time, a formal model for the behavior of users of educational Web-communities and a behavior model of a higher education institution have been constructed, taking into account relevant indicative features. For the first time, typical scenarios of behavior of a higher education institution for the identified motivational intentions of potential consumers of educational services were developed based on the method of selection of motivational intentions of participants of communicative activity. For the first time, a method for evaluating the content of educational Web-communities and a vocabulary of motivational intentions was developed, that based on functional indicators of quality, performance and suitability for use of the ISO / IEC-25010 standard, which made it possible to practically evaluate the results of computer-linguistic processing procedures for processing information content. effective planning for the provision of educational services to higher education institutions.
