In the thesis, it is solved an important scientific task of raising the level of protection of the state information space by the development of mathematical and software counteraction to informational propaganda in social Internet environments and their practical implementation is solved. Developed a comprehensive system for managing anti-propaganda measures, based on the formal models, methods and algorithms proposed in the work, and provides for the automation and effective implementation of the main tasks of the organization and coordination of actions of responsible persons and volunteers on the protection of the state's information space.
