Essay

The thesis is devoted to increasing the efficiency of prediction of thrombotic complications in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) with concomitant coronary heart disease (CHD) by studying the characteristics of platelet aggregation activity indicators taking into account the genetic predisposition to thrombosis. Patients with AH and CHD who were on antiplatelet therapy showed a high level of spontaneous and not sufficiently reduced levels of induced platelet aggregation (adenosine diphosphate and arachidonic acid (AA). It is shown the interrelation of the C807T polymorphism of the ITGA2 gene with an unstable forms of CHD, as well as diseases, in the pathogenesis of which there is a prothrombotic component. It has been shown that the T-allele of the ITGA2 gene affects the functional activity of platelets by increasing AA-, collagen and adrenaline-induced platelet aggregation. It has been established that T-allele is associated with an increase in the incidence of ischemic stroke in patients with hypertension and coronary artery disease, the risk of which is associated with an increase in AK-induced aggregation of blood cells against the background of anti-platelet therapy.
