Essay

In the thesis it is solved the actual scientific problem, which consists in theoretical and methodological substantiation of state regulation of the area of use of fuel and energy resources of Ukraine and development of practical recommendations for its improvement. The essentiality of the area of use of fuel and energy resources as an object of regulatory influence of the state is revealed, the analysis of the existing legislative base is done, its main shortcomings are identified and systematized paying attention to the causes of their occurrence. Foreign practices of state regulation of the specified area are generalized and the expediency and possibility of using the best features of such experience in Ukrainian realities is substantiated.
