Vovchuk M. Legal frameworks of counteraction criminality in state educations on territory of Ukraine of Naddnipryanskoy (1917–1922).

In dissertation investigational normatively legal acts, archived documents, materials, theoretical labours, that allowed to conduct the complex istoriko-pravoviy analysis of becoming and development of legal frameworks of counteraction criminality in UNR of times of Central Advice and Directory, to the Ukrainian state and Ukraine in 1917–1922. Political pre-conditions and conceptual approaches which influenced on development of legal base in relation to counteraction criminality are reflected. The comparative analysis of legal acts which followed in it is conducted. On the basis of the conducted research a conclusion is done that the forms of legislative acts in relation to counteraction criminality in this period had a considerable variety. Among them there were universali, laws, declarations, decisions, orders, obizhniki and circulars, which fully answered the spirit of time and tasks which stood then before the organs of power of state educations on territory of Ukraine of Naddnipryanskoy in 1917–1922.
